속도의 시대! 정보는 실시간으로 흐르고, 사람들은 초 단위로 반응한다. 성공은 속도와 직결되며, 느림은 곧 뒤처짐으로 여겨진다. 우리는 “속도보다 방향이, 결과보다 과정이 중요하다”라고 말하지만, “경쟁, 성과, 목표”라는 현실은 끊임없이 달릴 것을 요구한다. 이기심과 독선, 반대와 극단적 갈등이 넘쳐나는 시대. 서로를 이기기 위해 자신을 잃어가는 세상. “느리지만 멈춤 없이!” 잠시 멈춰 숨 고르고, 자신의 방향을 지키며, 자신만의 리듬과 속도로 나아가는 용기! 이 시대, 가끔 삶을 대하는 지혜가 아닐까 싶다. 강경호(현대미술가, 현대개념미술가)

The Age of Fast!. Everything moves at high speed. Information flows in real time, and people react by Information flows in real time, and people respond by the second. Success is directly tied to speed, and slowness is seen as falling behind. We say, “Direction matters more than speed, and process more than results,” yet the reality of competition, performance, and goals constantly demands that we keep running. It’s an age overflowing with selfishness, dogmatism, opposition, and extreme conflict—a world where people lose themselves trying to outdo one another. “Slow but unrelenting.” The courage to pause and catch one’s breath, to stay true to one’s direction, and to move forward at one’s own rhythm and pace.
